Block IP and/or Domains with EasyList

I'm trying to figure out a way to have pfSense just block out IP's and Domains sort of like the EasyList ( http://easylist.adblockplus.org/ )

Sure, I could run snort and squid and all that, but I really don't want to run anything extra.  I just want it to deny all access to a wide list of IP's or domains.  Is there any way to do this on the IPFW level or not?

You got need to try smoothwall and add mod url filter. It owe some.
