libcurl error after 21.02 update

After upgrading to the new PLUS branch(21.02), I have the following error with PHP. It doesn't seem to affect anything(so far) and I even have it after upgrading to 21.02_1

During the 21.02 upgrade, I had to manually power cycle my sg-1100 after it did not restart for 10 minutes. I'm imagining some part of the FreeBSD update failed with respect to libcurl updates.

Hard to say what else might have gone wrong but the best way to resolve that is going to be a fresh install. The only error you are seeing is from libcurl but there are likely more problems you haven't noticed yet.
