Brand-new SG-1100, no packages, exactly how Netgate shipped it to me except a couple of additional firewall rules.

Locked up (no network traffic, no GUI) the other day, required manual reset. Locked up again last night, restarted itself ok apparently because I only noticed it when I checked the Uptime counter this morning.
Locked up again just now. Required manual reset.

      Version: 2.4.5-RELEASE-p1 (arm64)

Needless to say, this is beyond annoying. There is no way a brand-new, unmodified device should do this.

How do I go about what is causing the failures? The logs clear upon reset.

@nguser6947 I'll hook up puTTY to the console and see if I can detect anything.

Since it's new, perhaps you should contact Netgate or at least ask in the hardware forum, as that's likely where the problem is.

i5 CPU, 4 GB memory, 32 GB SSD & 4 Intel Gb Ethernet ports.
          UniFi AC-Lite access point

          I haven't lost my mind. It's around here...somewhere...

Fatal data abort, captured on the log. I'll post the pertinent sections when I can.

I'm going to put in a support ticket and request that they send me a replacement device. I'll send this one back to them.
