SG-5100 requires reboot every couple of days since 21.02-RELEASE-p1

My SG-5100 has been rock solid since installation last summer. Since the recent upgrade to 21.02-RELEASE-p1 I've had 3 outages this week, all in the afternoons.
Since I was in a hurry the first couple of times I identified the SG as a possible culprit and quickly rebooted, which cleared the issue.
Had another outage this afternoon and looked a little closer; appear to be DNS resolution issues as new domains were not resolving, though some (cached?) familiar domains were. Again, a reboot fixed the problem - but for how long?
Running no add-on packages on the box, other than OpenVPN; very straightforward installation. Appreciate any ideas.
