      How does one set a burst rate limit properly?

      My entire lan is 10gbit, pfsense lan interface is 10gbit, I notice when performing speed tests, a device i force to 1gbit is a nice and smooth rise to 1gbit bidirectionally but on a 10gbit machine upload in most cases dies out at 20-30mbit, same machine i set to 1gbit will have a nice climb back up to 1gbit.

      I've tested codel, same issue, priq etc, HFSC seems to support this but the settings, not matter what I change, don't seem to actually do anything
