      Hello people!
I come into this situation but I am not sure if it is a bug or a poor configuration I made somewhere, again, your comments are ver aprpeciated.
I have connected my USB UPS to a Freenas box that act as the master, all other components in my network are clients then.
So is my pfsense router, using the nut package.
Now, I got the sitation when I got a poweroutage. And for some reason the freenas box is not wake up/boot slowly, more slow than my pfSense box.
If the pfSense box boot before the freenas box, it seems to say "Oh, there a power issue somewhere, I rather shutdown myself", so it does. Which make not real sense here, I mean receiving the information that the battery is low is different than no communication at all.

Is there a way to, either does not have this behaviour or to disable the ups daemon a startup so I can start my pfSense router even if the Freenas box is not up yet?

      An ideas are welcome!
      Thanks!
