I have a XG-7100 that seemed to fail suddently during an update.

Anyhow, I did a fresh install with pfSense Plus 21.02.

I selected ZFS, with UEFI - which didn't work - it just hung at trying to find the boot drive. I then tried ZFS with BIOS.

      On first boot it says:

      iPXE (http://ipxe.org) 06:00.1 C200 PCI2.10 PnP PMM 7F675670 7F5D5670 C200

      Press ESC for boot menu.

      Booting from Hard Disk... harddrive_index=0
Boot failed: could not read the boot disk

      Booting from Hard Disk... harddrive_index=1
      gptzfsboot: error 12 lba 1
      gptzfsboot: error 12 lba 1
      gptzfsboot: error 12 lba 32
      gptzfsboot: error 12 lba 544
      gptzfsboot: error 12 lba 62655520

      Then shortly after that:

            Mount <device> using filesystem <fstype>
and with the specified (optional) option list.

          eg. ufs:/dev/da0s1a
              zfs:zroot/ROOT/default
              cd9660:/dev/cd0 ro
                (which is equivalent to: mount -t cd9660 -o ro /dev/cd0 /)

? List valid disk boot devices
. Yield 1 second (for background tasks)
        <empty line> Abort manual input

      Any idea what's happening here?
