2.4 to 2.5 upgrade boot problems

Hello everyone got a bit of problem with updating to 2.5
device wont continue and stuck at "em0: Ethernet address xxx"

when loading configured modules it says
"Can't find /etc/hostid"
"Cant find /boot/entropy"

I tried to set hw.pci.enable_msix=0 (as seen in https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=235147) in loader prompt but then continues on to "Can't find if_bxe"

device do have a broadcom nic bxe driver attached, but even when trying to freshly install with the nic detached it still can't continue..

what might the problem be? 2.4 ver seems to be working normally.
