Today I saw in the pfsense dashboard that new version 2.5.x is available.
Running 2.4.5-RELEASE-p1 (amd64) at the moment.
But when I clicked on the download button which forwards me to System/Update/System Update I just saw:
      Current Base System 2.4.5_1
      Latest Base System 2.4.5_1
      Status Up to date

Trying update from console shows this error:

      Updating pfSense-core repository catalogue...

Some maintenance is going on (probably).

Btw : before upgrading : take some time to read some thread / issues.

Like : how to prepare for an upgrade - what can you do to go back if needed ?

What know issues exist - cross check with the functionality you use.

        Etc.

No "help me" PM's please. Use the forum, the community will thank you.
Edit : and where are the logs ??
