PfSense Gateways not connected

Hello All,

I am unable to setup the pfSense in the VMware ESXi.
I am using a Public IP with Gateway outside of the Subnet. So I checked the option "Use Gateway outside of Subnet" under the option Edit gateways.

But still it does not connect to the Gateway.

Appreciate for any help.
