Internet Drop - HTTP/ RMTP

Hello

We are using pfSense to manage 3 ISP Internet lines coming into our office (VPN).

When the internet of one of the ISP provider drops, our http browsing restores in milliseconds (it's flawless). However streaming done through RMTP protocol takes about 25-40 seconds and is a huge embarrassment.

Any thoughts?
