I'm wondering how I can look at downloading traffic and work out what is taking all the bandwidth at times.

All I want to do is find the IP of whatever is taking all the bandwidth really, I think its just windows doing its thing but can't be sure.

So can someone point me in the right direction for a plugin or whatever the best way to look at this sort of thing?

      thanks in advance.

@daleb For a point in time view, Status->Traffic Graph.

Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to reboot, or more depending on packages, and device or disk speed.
