Load Balancer not in 21.02-RELEASE-p1 (amd64)

I have bought a new XG-7100 and it had 2.4.5 kernel. So the device that i want to replace is a VM running 2.4.5-RELEASE (amd64). What i did which i thought was sensible was to upgrade to the latest kernel 21.02.2-RC. But after upgrade i cannot see the Load Balancer package. I had virtual servers IPs which i was using to LB balance web traffic. Now since there is no LB, i cant see where to configure virtual IPs. I also tried to install SSL certificates but i get the error "parsing [/var/etc/haproxy_test/haproxy.cfg:69] : 'bind :::443' : 'crt-list' : error processing line 1 in file '/var/etc/haproxy_test/HTTPS_DEFAULT.crt_list' : unable to load SSL private key from PEM file '/var/etc/haproxy_test/HTTPS_DEFAULT.pem'.". My Wish is to downgrade to the previous 2.4.5 version so that i clone the current configuration and put device into production and deal with upgrade issues later. Please can someone assist to downgrade to the previous version. This version is giving me endless issues.
