WAN problems reconnecting
-
I use the internet via cable network (coax).
It happens to me that the WAN network stops working. When the WAN restarts, pfSense does not want to reconnect to the WAN DHCP server from my ISP.
I solve the problem by connecting an old router (Mikrotik) instead of pfSense, which immediately establishes a connection. Then I switch back to pfSense and the link works.
PfSense indicates WAN pending or packet loss.
Is it possible to check in the logs what could be wrong?
It would be quite obvious that the my ISP is the problem, but given that Mikrotik immediately establishes the connection, I suspect that pfSense could also be.
