4G internet on 2nd WAN giving awful speeds and can't do local network between devices! Help!

I've been trying to fix this for almost 2 weeks now, I think. Need help!
SETUP:
But first off, I'm not very pfSense savvy AND this is setup is NOT for failover or load-balancing! I want to use both DSL and 4G at the same time with different devices using each internet service without mixing or whatever. But I want to be able to do local networking between any device, no matter what internet they use!
PROBLEMS:
My Franklin T9 4G hotspot device has no Linux drivers, so I can't use the USB for pfSense to communicate directly to. So I had to buy an AP device that does WiFi bridging to ethernet. I managed to find a way to make it work, however, the speeds are ridiculously slow. I tried Port Forwarding but that didn't help at all. Is there something else I'm missing or is there no other way to fix this slow internet connection problem??
Second problem is that I can't do local networking between the two LAN groups from the two WANs. Meaning, the devices on the WAN_4G LAN can't access my NAS on my main LAN.
My pfSense setup is pretty basic, but I took screenshots anyway. Do note that I have not messed with the Gateway settings (which includes not messing with any grouping).

If you want network to be able to talk to your other networks - you need a rule above where you force traffic out a wan that allows that.
Why do you have a rule on your wan_4G that forces traffic out a gateway?? Just at a loss to what you think that would do? Or why you would want/need that?

I followed the link, but as always, I never understand those documents. They assume every knows networking, so I end up making things worse. Now I can't access my 4G even if I try to reconfigure things back to how they were.
As for your question, I thought I needed that, but I removed it now. Thanks for pointing that out! It worked without it.
I'll restore with a backup but I'm still clueless. I don't get "you need a rule above where you force traffic out a wan that allows that". What kind of rule?

Where is rule that allows this vlan to get to your other networks. You just shove all traffic out your specific gateway - which has no access to your other networks.
You need a rule above that allows access without a gateway set.
Rules are evaluated top down, first rule to trigger wins, no other rules are evaluated.
Its pretty freaking clear in what I linked too...

I figured it out an hour later and tried to edit my reply but I kept getting the 3600 second error from the forum, even after 2 hours.
Anyway, the setup worked for a while. But after the lights went out, now it's my main LAN that can't connect to my NAS, but my new WAN_4G network can (but the NAS is on under the main WAN network). It makes no sense.

Well if your routing traffic to your gateway - no you can not get to network that are locally attached.. Same as on your other network..
