Load belancesing Different ISP with PFsense

Hi All
please help me how to configure PFsense with difference ISP for load belancesing
we have 3 wan 2 are same ISP 1 are difference ISP
please see

–----------ISP A wan 1 (same DNS & transparence proxy)

Lan ----------- PFsense ---------------------- ISP A wan 2 (same DNS & transparence proxy)

----------ISP B wan3 (difference DNS & need proxy to log
                                                                                on & using internet)

please reply to me how to  configure with pfsense & can configue for load balancesing

For your WAN3 you write: "need proxy".
Do you mean you need to connect over a proxy?
pfSense cannot have a WAN over a proxy.

Are your public IPs for WAN1 and WAN2 in different subnets?
You cannot have two WANs in the same subnet / same gateway.
