      Hi,

Having an issue exporting any user certificates for my OpenVPN server that I have set up. I have used the guides at nguvu.org (here and here). I have contacted the creator of the guide. He very kindy looked at the problem, but suggested that I post here.

Just updated to pfSense 21.02.2. openvpn-client-export is 1.5_6. OpenVPN server is running.

I have made certificates, and users attached to those certificates (seemed to work for some people with similar problems when i Goggles), but still no joy. The server is not available in the "Remote Access Server" dropdown menu in "VPN -> OpenVPN -> Client Export". Also, there are no users listed under "OpenVPN Clients" under the same page.

Any help would be most appreciated.

      Thank you.

        Hello,

Have you tried to edit your OpenVPN server properties, and retype his name in "Description" ?

@glab66 I tried this - to no luck. I have updated the openvpn-client-export to 1.6. No Change. Also re-created all the certificates for everything. No Change. Quite frustrating. I feel like I have checked or un-checked a checkbox that I should not have, and I cannot find the culprit.

Well. Found the error. Had Chosen Peer to Peer in place of Remove Access in Server Mode. So yeah. A single dropdown menu error. S***.
