Outbound NAT problem on second WAN

Hello,
we have a problem with outbound NAT on the second WAN interface.
Last friday we installed a second pfSense firewall and connected them with ha sync. Both firewalls are on version 2.5.1
We have NAT port forwarding rules on both WANs and they were working perfectly with only one firewall on the proxy arp interfaces.
No we had to change the proxy arp interfaces to carp to get them synced to the second firewall.
After that only the first WAN interface is working with nat port forwarding.
On the second interface the packets are not coming back to the sender. And that's because they are sent back with the internal private ip address. So outbound NAT is not working on the second WAN interface.
I have deleted and rebuild the NAT rules on the second WAN interface with no luck.
Any ideas to get that resolved?Ulrich.
