Upgrading 2.4.4 to 2.5

Hello guys,

I'm planning to upgrade my pfsense coz I cannot solve the issue of the connection time-out in my email and when downloading file I keeps on pause whenever I try to download a files all my setting is default and i tried to input some firewall rules but nothings happen.

any suggestion when upgrading pfsense?
