Upgrade not available

I have two identical sg-1000s. One of them is on 2.4.5, the other on 2.4.4. The device on 2.4.4 does not show that an upgrade to 2.4.5 is available. What is causing this discrepancy and how can I upgrade to a known new version?

Version 2.4.4 is quite old, do not neglect your firewall...
I would save and request a fresh image from Netgate, everything else is harder way

Especially since you will be covered by version 21.02.xy (FE to Plus)
