My crystal ball is busted again (gotta get a new one), so you'll have to provide more info as to what's happening.

@gertjan
Im running pfsense on a dell r220 with 16 GB of ram and 500 Gb disk space.
It all works fine but then all of a sudden pfsense becomes unreachable and no internet.
I cannot access webgui. If however i long press the power button and turn off the server and then power back on, it works ok and everything turns back to normal.
But then it happens again after a day or 2 -
If routing stops, the webhui is the first to 'fall'.
Again : what about the console access ?
You have to know that there are logs.
You might find a reason of your issue.
You could also start a stress test in your CPU, disk and RAMWhen you power down the system ny switching off the power supply, remember this link :

You might be in for another computer. My pfsense started having problems a few months ago, then the computer failed to even run it. I have previously used opensuse on that computer for my firewall/router, but it could no longer install on it. I replaced that computer with the one described in my sig and it works great. Problems like this may be a sign your computer is about to kick the bit bucket.

Console access is the easiest way to just see at a glance if it crashed or if it is responsive to keypresses and you see the screen choices. If you get that far, try resetting the web interface from there. You can also try a ping if it's responsive in the console. But a stress test may be in order; ram at least, run a memtest or similar. If the hard drive is many years old, maybe replace it... I got a 120gig SSD for 21 bucks on Amazon, Crucial I think it was, works great in my build. With them that cheap, I just replace them every 3 years or so. But for sure, once it is responsive again- after a hard reboot- export your settings.

Same issue here... It was working fine for a few weeks (since my last trouble with network driver)
Webgui : Nginx time out...
Pfsense response to ping
ssh login allow but nothing after the password...
On the screen.. keyboards does not work properly but the menu is not present...I did a hard reboot...
