Which hardaware with 10gb sfp+ port

Hi,

I would like to add a pfsense firewall to my network which currently does not have one.

I have a 10gb wan network, but I would like to know if it is possible not to pass all the traffic through my firewall because 10gb firewalls are overpriced.

So what I would like to do is pass the traffic I want to protect behind the firewall, but I would like my windows vm networks not to go through the firewall.

You have advice on what type of machine used ? (preferably an appliance that consumes as little electricity as possible.)
