How to get update list

i'm using pfsense 1.2.2 live CD..
i'm using squid n squidguard everything works fine..
but i wonder the squidguard that i used upload from website shallalist.de

my question is
as far as i know shallalist.de not update the list..
i want to block all porn website  ;D
do you have a suggestion site like shallalist.de but can update the content and FREE  ;D

I use shallalist.de too. So far looks ok. I want to add sites there but i dont know..
