My current setup is in our office we use the subnet 10.1.0.0/16 for our Lan network. We have configured "Provide a virtual IP address to clients" to on and use 10.167.10.0/24 as the subnet they get assigned to.

What we want to do is be able to assign clients an address inside the 10.1.0.0/16 subnet is this possible or does the Virtual addresses have to be outside of existing networks? would we be able to use say 10.1.250.0/16 and it would only assign 10.1.205.X addresses.

Is it also possible to make the addresses static so each device only uses a spcefic IP address. Maybe based on MAC adddress ?
