Two public IP (A/B), one DHCP, how to make specific internal IP use IP B?
-
The question might be weird, but it is my current situation...
I just find that it is hard to make my TrueNAS to have two vnet network.
The config I want to achieve is like this:
The TrueNAS and it's Jail will be in the same network but only the Jail 2 will use IP B Internet service, the others will use the default IP A.
Is it possible to setup a NAT like this?

@testcb00 Create a firewall rule that will allow traffic from Jail 2 to the gateway on WAN B, then create an outbound NAT rule so that Jail 2's traffic appears to be coming from WAN B.

@kom
Thank for your reply.I would like to know if there will be a conflict in the outbound setting.
The default outbound is WAN_I350_1G_2, which cover the whole 192.168.160.0/24 network. Now I set a new outbound for 192.168.160.100/32 (Jail 2) which is in 192.168.160.0/24 network. Will it brake the network? or it is normal to make outbound like this, and make new outbound to overwrite for specific Hosts?
Outbound setting
Routing - Gateways
LAN - Rules

No it shouldn't. Your new rules only apply to that one client. Everything else goes out the default WAN as per usual. Test it and see if there are problems.
