      Hello, after i connect through openVPN, the appliance found off and needed to reboot.
      Is there a possible explanation for this ?

        @bambos
        what hardware is it?
        start with a memtest,
        if there isn't a crash report usually it's the disk, check your disk health
        check if there is an updated bios
