Are pfSense irc chat moving to libera - Now that freenode has had a hostile takeover ?

 Is the freenode.net #pfsense channel a Netgate managed thing ? Are pfSense irc chat moving to libera - Now that freenode has had a strange takeover ? https://hackaday.com/2021/05/20/freenode-debacle-prompts-staff-exodus-new-network/
 https://www.kline.sh/I just made an account on irc.libera.chat.
 And noticed that the #pfsense there has 33 users vs 512 users on the freenode.net.I for one would like to support the new irc.libera.chat , before everything goes up in $$$.
 The old freenode.net was everything FOSS stands for./Bingo

 @bingo600 Sad there's no response so seems less people are interested in IRC. And now there's even three channels: the original one on the hostile freenode and two (#pfsense and ##pfsense) on libera. :/

 @jegr
 Hmmm .. Why 2 pfSense channels on libera ?
 That makes no sense /Bingo

 @bingo600 I don't know but suspect, one (#pfsense) was claimed in an attempt to reserve it for Netgate or the project and the second one (##pfsense) is - per liberas guidelines - a community channel and created/maintained by users/community (it also has an apropriate channel message that says it's not official/netgate driven). So that's OK but doesn't make much sense. :)
