Since upgrading the SG-3100 to 21.02 I have a site that loses internet connectivity from our cable company intermittently. When this happens the connection comes back up and I can OpenVPN into the firewall to check its status. That works, but no clients past the firewall can get out to the internet. And from the status page I can tell things aren't working because the upgrade check will fail with a failure to connect.

What should I be looking for?

Nothing jumps out at me in the logs... the site people have gotten use to unplugging everything multiple times to try and get connectivity back and sometimes that works. Or as in yesterday it trashes the SG-3100 file system.

No DNS or they can't ping? I've seen a few posts recently about Unbound not working (though the one I can think of was "after boot").

Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.
