Ldaps connection bind fail

Hi!
I am having some problems integrating pfsense with linux based Ldaps.
CA is installed and set as peer cert authority
test under usermanager/setting/save&Test gives:
Attempting connection to "server" OK

Attempting bind to "server" failed.

@stex there was bugs in privileges.
