After re-install I can't access webGUI from my desktop

I upgraded to 2.5.1 and after a successful update, my firewall would not startup. I ended up re-installing with 2.5.0. Everything is up and functioning properly, except I can not access the webGUI on my LAN from my desktop. My laptop work, my cellphone connects, but my desktop won't. I just get "This site can't be reached." What would keep one machine from accessing the interface?
