Hello together, great forum. I searched for my problem but couldn't find a solution, so i am posting this.

I configured a Dual-WAN-Setup on my pfSense by the help of this tutorial: https://techexpert.tips/de/pfsense-de/pfsense-mehrfach-wan-link-lastenausgleich/

The only difference is that WAN2 is configured with Tier2, because i just want to use a failover an no load balancing.

Everything is working w/o problems as expected, with one single issue.
I can access the web interface of the router device connected to WAN1 without problems, but cannot do the same with the router on WAN2. My laptop is connected to the LAN-Port.

I think there are firewall rules missing. Anyone here to help me?

So your policy routing and forcing traffic out wan 1?, because you have not failed over. So yeah how would you get to wan 2 IP something..

What are the rules on your lan - did you set a gateway forcing traffic out that gateway?
