I recently bought an SG1100, I suffered several electric cut ... which ended up making the firmware Out of service ... in console mode I can see pfsense booting well but once finished, I could not multiple choice and can not do anything.
in short .. not having subscribed to a support contract how to have the following basic image:

You don't need a "support contract" to get image. Just email support or open a ticket with them and they will provide you the recovery image along with instructions.
Please open a support ticket to request access to the factory firmware by selecting Firmware Access as the General Problem and then select Netgate 1100 for the platform. Make sure to include the serial number in the ticket to expedite access.
Once the ticket is processed, the latest stable version of the firmware will be attached to the ticket, with a name such as:
