kernel reports TIME_ERROR: 0x4041: Clock Unsynchronized

Hi All,

it's some time that I struggle with NTP synchronization problems on several installation of pfSense on Proxmox hosts.
NTP doesn't synchronize.
I've experienced it with different pfSense versions, now I'm on 2.5.1.
I've also tried this without success:

I'm pretty sure it's something related to my virtualization environment.
