      Hello folks,
      I've set up Auto Configuration Backup to automatically backup on a regular schedule: at 02:00 a.m. every day.
      Configurations have been successfully backed up for a long time but recently they have occasionally failed, seemingly at random: successful from April 26 through July 5, except on June 13, 17, 18, 21, 24, 25, 26 and 30, and July 4.

      The last error on the dashboard reads 500 Internal Server Error... does it mean that the ACB server was unavailable at that time?

      Please, find attached a zipped pdf (website wouldn't allow me to upload a pdf file) of my system log filtered by string acb.
      acb.zip

      Thank you so much.

        500 Internal Server Error

        The problem is on their end. The server was up & listening but generated an unrecoverable error during processing.

          @kom
          I thought so.
          Perhaps it could help alleviate the burden on the backup server if users could enter the minutes at which the cronjob occurs?
          As of now, users can enter hours but not minutes.
