Are you still seeing this now?
-
@stephenw10 I don't know. I had to blow 2.5.1 away > download 2.5.2 > restore from backup.
Ever since PFSense has been getting updated regularly I seem to have more and more problems with it even just updating it. I'd prefer slower releases that were properly vetted for bugs :)
Thanks!
This post is a perfect example of bugs. It says that as a "new user" I can only post once every 120 seconds. FFS I've been a user for like...5+ years LOL. WTF? Seriously? SMH on what seems like simple stuff.
-
I believe this was a backend issue, that repo is not (normally) authenticated.
I saw this on one system here on that day but could not replicate it.NodeBB sees you as a new user because it bases that on 'reputation' and that's not something that was carried over from SMF when we switched. Obviously that's unrelated to pfSense.

@stephenw10 OK cool, I'm surprised this wasn't an issue for others. I had that error for several days assuming it would get resolved.
My reputation is impeccable
!
-
Yes, I thought more people would have been seeing it given that I did. I queried it internally though and no-one else was having an issue. And then subsequent requests to the repo went through no problem. Perhaps I happened to catch the end of the issue.
