I was using HAProxy to forward port 80 to my synology NAS under V6 for the letsencrypt cert. There was no issues with the setup and it was working fine.
I updated to V7 of DSM and now I get red DOWN from the system and the letsencrypt cert wont update. Fails saying to check my DSN.

I then NAT Port forwarded port 80 to the same IP address and the letsencrypt cert updated fine. Disabled the port forward to let HAProxy do it and it says the port is down.

Obviously it is something to do with DSM7 as that was all that changed but I can't find it.

Anyone else had this issue and fixed it?

        Hi,

Yes, this is a real problem and many other things don't work on DSM 7. ☹

I tried DSM7 on a spare backup RS1219+ (not production enviroment) and after 24 hours I was on DSM6 again. 😉

This is the case when Syno wanted to go too fast....

        BTW:

Other issues, no PHP2 support for Deluge, stupid third party package rules, TeamViewer on Syno down, IceCast2 server down, SynoCLI down, need I go on?

Wait a little longer, you know...

Cats bury it so they can't see it!
(You know what I mean if you have a cat)
