IPsec com 2 WANs na Filial, e 1WAN na matriz

Boa noite Companheiros.

Alguem sabe me dizer se consigo fazer dois tuneis IPSEC IKE1 com fase 2 com duas wans diferentes mas apontando para uma wan unica na outra ponta ?
Segue cenario caso alguem ja passou pelo mesmo caso.

FILIAL
FASE 1
WAN1 186.xxxx.xxx IKE V1 main AES (128 bits) SHA256 5 (1536 bit)
WAN2 189.xxxx.ooo IKE V1 main AES (128 bits) SHA256 5 (1536 bit)

FASE 2
tunnel LAN 172.2.xxx.0/26 ESP AES (128 bits) SHA256

MATRIZ

WAN1_MATRIZ 166.xxxx.xxx IKE V1 main AES (128 bits) SHA256 5 (1536 bit)

Um tunel até sobe, mas se eu tentar ativar os dois da erro>
