I have an old SG-4860 which crashed with a red status light, and which was repaired by Netgate under warranty several years ago (I think something to do with a hardware issue with the Intel processor). It has been fine since then. Is there any risk of the same crash re-occurring following the fix by Netgate? Or was this a "one and done" problem which I no longer have to worry about?

It would depend exactly when it was replaced. Do you have a ticket number I can check?
