Adding another Network Card - Not showing

Hello,
I have added another network card 10/100/1000 NX3031 Multifunction 1/10-Gigabit Server Adapter 4 ports but it's not showing up.
I should have 8 ports now but I still have 4 ports.

Any ideas how to add drivers or if this is even supported card?
