      I'm writing you direct as I remember your advice on the subject below to concise and extremely accurate. This is related to the question below. I am needed to add additional users/phones to this environment but have lost my documentation and need to know what steps are to be taken. From what I remember I need to:

      1. create a user in SystemUser ManagerUsers - is the password in the step unique to each user or must it align with the openvpn setup? I don't remember the pw used on previous users, is there a way to recover it or look in the .tar file to find it (Yealink Phone) When I look at the Keys section in a previously configured user there is nothing showing, does this mean there was nothing originally configured?

      2. Create a client in VPNOpenVPNClients
        User Authentication Settings - Does the username and PW here need to match the one created in the user above?
        Client Certificate - there are certificates for the other users, are these creted when i created the user?

      I have searched the knowledge base and can't find anything that gives a step by step below, can you point me to a kba that covers this?

        Bump, just trying to get a response on with a sense of urgency. We have a Hurrican heading our way need to the the remote phones programed ASAP. Thanks in advance.
