      Hi All,

We are preparing to install a 7100-1U for a client and are experiencing issues. We would like to create VLANs for each office. We don't wish to use the onboard switch, we just want to link SFP to a managed TP-LINK switch. We think that the VLANs aren't being tagged for the switch to read. We have setup a temporary pfSense machine on a two NIC server and setup the VLANs the same way and they seem to work. Any advice on this?

      Thanks,
      Jack

If you are using ix0/ix1 the VLANs work exactly like any other pfSense install.

Can you show us how you have them configured?

        Steve
