I have in the firewall the references of the OPT1 card: configuration, alias, rules, etc.
I am adding a new card and I would like to consider this as an OPT1 card, but this would mean changing all the references used so far.

Is there any way to do this automatically and cleanly, or do I have to change them by hand one by one?

@whitetiger-it In Interfaces/Assignments you can change what network card is OPT1. Is that what you're looking for? Just connect on LAN or some other interface so you don't accidentally disconnect yourself.

Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to reboot, or more depending on packages, and device or disk speed.

No. The point of using the internal interface abstraction names like that is that there is only one reference between OPT1 and the physical interface. When you re-assign it to the new NIC all the rules on it will follow that.
