How to solve this error when trying to set the IPv6 configuration type to DHCP6 instead of 'Track Interface'?

I get that I need to turn off the DHCP6 Server but what does it mean by only being able to be used with static IPv6? How can I have it set to DHCP6?

It means you have to assign an address to the interface. With SLAAC, addresses are created automagically.
