      Has anyone used the MINIX Mini PC with the i3-10110U and dual lan as a PF Sense box?

        @chris71

        Isn't MINIX the Unix Linus Torvalds used in school, when he created Linux? 😉

        BTW, the 30th anniversary of Linux was on the 25th.

        PfSense running on Qotom mini PC
        i5 CPU, 4 GB memory, 32 GB SSD & 4 Intel Gb Ethernet ports.
        UniFi AC-Lite access point

        I haven't lost my mind. It's around here...somewhere...

          Yup ...
          Minix was an educational "Free" OS made by the "legendary" Andrew S. Tannenbaum

          His Minix book is worth a read

          Edit: Most people "run" Minix ...
          They just don't know it.

            I haven't read that book, but I do have his (with David J. Wetherall) Computer Networks book.
