DNS Resolver not working in Forwarding mode

I noticed the DNS Resolver does not work in forwarding mode. Only problem I can come up with is that Pfblocker is breaking it as I have the DNS server setup correctly in General. How would I fix this while keeping Pfblocker on?

I found the problem. Use SSL/TLS for outgoing DNS Queries to Forwarding Servers was on and causing it to not work.
