      Hi,

      I've successfully added IPv6 to my OpenVPN setup.
      At home I've have a dual IPv4 IPv6 conenction with a /56 prefix.
      I've delegated an /64 prefix to my OpenVPN.
      Now even from an IPv4 only network I can browse IPv6 site.
      The problem is that I cannot reach a LAN device while on OpenVPN in IPv6, only in IPv4.
      Does someone have an idea?

      Many thanks in advance and kind regards,
      fsutter

      Using pfsense 2.5.2

        @fsutter I had a similar issue.

        I had forgotten that had I set my IPv6 Prefix ID (LAN interface settings) to 1 instead of the default of 0.

        The result is I mistakenly assigned that same /64 to OpenVPN. I changed it a diff /64 and everything lit up.

          @linuxtracker the prefix ID of my LAN is set to 0.
          I've also set the IPv6 Tunnel Network to abcd:efgh:ijkl:mn01::/64 (the LAN is abcd:efgh:ijkl:mn00::/64).

            @fsutter It might be worth assigning abcd:efgh:ijkl:mn07::/64 to the OpenVPN server, just to rule it out.

            Can you ping the IPv6 LAN address assigned to the OpenVPN server adapter?

              @linuxtracker I tried but still the same problem 😢
              The name resolution works but I cannot ping nor access a LAN device in IPv6.

              Thanks
