SG-3100 NIC offload?

On a brand new Netgate SG-3100
System / Advanced / Networking
has a checkmark for both
Disable hardware TCP segmentation offload
Disable hardware large receive offload

Does the hardware support either one or do I have to leave both options disabled?

The hardware supports LRO:

But there is little point enabling it. It gives you almost nothing and potentially introduces some instability. We disable those by default on everything for that reason.
