      How do I get hold of a factory firmware for the SG-5100? The manual says to open a ticket, but I don't have credentials for that support system.

      This device was supplied "open box" by a reseller as a replacement for an underperforming SG-3100, and I'd like to be 100% certain everything is as it should be.
