On closer inspection for throughput on VPN, the results shown as tested state that it includes Intel Quick Assist. As I understand it, that is an additional $600 card on top of the 1541.

Is my understanding correct? If so, what throughput could I expect without buying that card?

For what VPN type? What encryption level? What sort or traffic? What latency importantly?

Just compare apples to apples with your own testing. I'd like to see what the results are without the additional card. You've done them with the card, so let's see what they are without the card. Thanks.

I haven't tested that personally but I can try to find out for you.

Ok, the best thing here is probably going to be to open a ticket with our sales guys. You can just email sales@netgate.com. They should be able to help you out with whatever numbers you need.
