how can i do this? what kind of problem is this?
arp: packet with unknown hardware format 0x00 received on re0

If you have some time, swap this 're' interface with another one.
For example : when you re assign interfaces, make WAN LAN, and LAN WAN.
If the issue is now on the other interface (still the re0) that your lucky : like a couple of million others : ditch the realtek NIC and you'll be fine.If you have no time : just to be sure, stop using the Realtek (re) interface.
Question Google for the 'why' part.

Are you actually seeing a problem other than that error? It may be just log noise.
It's probably some hardware off-loading issue. Make sure everything is disabled (including hardware checksum) in Sys > Adv > Networking.
But, yeah, swap out the Realtek NIC if you can.
